Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping and supporting RJ Designs Fashion Boutique. We want you to love every piece—but in the event something isn't quite right for you, here is how you can make a return.
At RJ Designs Boutique, since we are a small business, we can not offer refunds or cancellations. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to use a trackable method, as lost returns are not covered.
To be eligible, items must have ALL tags attached and be returned in original, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and resalable condition. Returns showing any signs of wear—such as deodorant marks, makeup stains, pet hair or odors—may not be accepted.
Please note that all swimwear, accessories, jewelry, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and issue store credit within 3–5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns that don’t meet our criteria will be sent back to you.

📦 Return Procedure
- Request a return by emailing us at rjdesignscja@gmail.com with your order number and item(s) being returned.
- Package securely (tags attached, items protected) & ship via trackable method.
- Once received, we’ll inspect the item & notify you of approval.
- If approved, store credit will be issued & emailed within 3-5 business days
